Cook Out Restaurants is looking for a Maintenance Dispatcher to support our maintenance department. We are looking for someone to support our maintenance team by dispatching service calls via phone and work order software and by fielding customer calls. If you have a Maintenance background and would like to put it to use, you would enjoy this job and we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities/ Duties
- Data entry with Google Sheets and work order software
- Provide non-scripted, excellent customer service by phone
- Dispatch maintenance work orders
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues with the store(s) over the phone
- Open availability, mixture of 1ST, 2ND and 3RD and weekend shifts. (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in customer service and dispatching a plus, but not required
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and handle a high volume, fast-paced workload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize based on business needs
- Proficiency in Google Drive programs
