Resident Services Coordinator
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Life Enrichment/Director of Resident Services, the Resident Services Coordinator plans, organizes, and implements activities which stress recreation, diversion, and intellectual/educational development for residents; manages the day-to-day concerns of the residents.
Develops, plans and implements a program of activities which will provide entertainment, communication, exercise, relaxation, opportunity to express creative talent and to fulfill basic psychological, physical, intellectual, social and spiritual needs.
Minimal Education:
High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimal Experience:
Valid driver's license, and ability to meet EveryAge's auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.
Prior experience working in a similar environment is preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Certification or the ability to obtain certification as an Activity’s Professional is required.
One year experience with recreational programming in a geriatric setting preferred.
Must meet underwriting guidelines established by automobile insurance carrier.
Salary : $16 - $19
