Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a background in property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of the property. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. GA Real Estate License if preferred.
Duties
- Handle administrative tasks related to real estate operations, including lease renewals and tenant screening processes.
- Ability to draft and understand rental agreements
- Collect rent and other fees from tenants
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify necessary maintenance or improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with maintenance director
- Prepare property status reports for upper management
Requirements
- Proven or a related field is preferred.
- Georgia Real Estate License is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and facilities management.
- Clean driving record is a must
- Bilingual is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Sales experience is beneficial
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
