What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Development Project Manager position at Cook Residential?
The Site Development Project Manager (PM) oversees site development from commencement to final completion. The PM is responsible for subcontractor coordination and oversight including but not limited to survey, earthwork, retaining walls, drainage, utilities, paving, concrete flatwork and other related elements of civil site development.
The Site Development PM will become an essential role requiring a blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills and project management abilities in the overall management of site operations. They will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. An aptitude towards the Site Development duties and a willingness to work hard toward company goals will ensure the Project Manager can succeed.

· Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
· Ability to efficiently use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel Primarily), Adobe Acrobat.
· Critical thinking skills to make informed decisions, avoid errors and biases, and ensure quality and safety.
· BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field
· Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
· Excellent writing and high-level mathematical education.
· Ability to read and understand blueprints and associated construction documents.
· Familiar with BlueBeam, Procore or equivalent.
· PE License or PMP certification are an advantage.
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Suite.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to legally work in the United States.
