Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, utilizing various measuring tools, and collaborating with production teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of products using various quality assurance techniques and tools.
- Utilize micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines to assess product dimensions and features.
- Implement and adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Collect research data for analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
- Collaborate with fabrication teams to ensure that all processes align with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any non-conformance issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Provide feedback to production teams regarding quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and practices is essential.
- Experience using Calypso software for measurement analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry standards related to quality control processes is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
