The IT Knowledge Management analyst works with the IT Knowledge Management Advisor to execute our knowledge management strategy at the program and document level. These efforts are critical to foster continuous learning and self-service in our org and support our growing AI focus. The ideal analyst is detail-oriented with demonstrated experience in Knowledge Base management, template development, refining content, and enabling/educating contributors. This role requires excellent communication skills with an ability to maintain KM guidelines, develop actionable plans, and resolve questions quickly.
- Execute and educate on our Knowledge Management program.
- Follow and implement a knowledge management/information architecture and taxonomy.
- Monitor content in controlled spaces and domains to ensure compliance with templates and organization.
- Conduct end user interviews and testing to optimize knowledge user experience and search capabilities (including AI).
- Review Critical Governance policies and procedures for clarity and standardization.
- Preferred candidate has a bachelor s degree in IT or a related field.
- Preferred candidate has familiarity Knowledge Management governance.
- Preferred candidate has experience with SharePoint and/or Atlassian Confluence.
- Preferred -- at least 3 years of experience in a Knowledge Management or documentation role.
- Preferred -- but not required experience with prompt engineering.

- Experience managing end-to-end technology change (awareness through monitoring).
- Self Starter capable of analyzing change impacts with multiple stakeholders.
- Detail oriented in creating quality digital training resources.
