Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for safely and efficiently performing the specific duties below:
- Edit time management system daily
- Prepare payroll for ADP submitted

Process backup HR manager in employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, and employment status changes into the HRIS/Payroll systems
- Address changes, phone number, emergency contact
- Email information
- Marital changes, dependent status, federal & state taxes
- Direct deposit
- Dependent and benefit information
- Data entry for biweekly payrolls
- Assists with tasks associated with onboarding
- Background checks
- Reference checks
- Creating new hire packets
- Maintains and updates files, both physical and electronic
- Provides other administrative support as required
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Related post-secondary education is an asset
- Prior payroll processing or office support experience preferred
- Proven ability to effectively work with confidential information
- Experience with utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel
- Ability to work overtime as required
