What You’ll Do
- Manage incoming messages, prioritize responses, and keep communication channels clear
- Engage with our community by moderating blog comments and social media
- Plan social media strategy, schedule posts, and ensure consistency with our brand
- Track deadlines, coordinate projects, provide reporting, and keep everyone informed
- Handle daily administrative tasks like scheduling, data entry, video uploads, and other support duties
- You’re familiar with Cookie and Kate, know our recipes and style, and can easily align with our voice
- You stay positive and professional under pressure, finding creative solutions to any challenge
- You’re organized and dependable, managing time well and keeping projects on track
- You adapt quickly to new technology, take initiative without waiting for direction, and uphold integrity in your work
- You have hands-on digital marketing experience with WordPress, social media, writing, and editing
- You’re tech-savvy and an eager learner. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and an understanding of basic HTML are a huge plus
- You’re passionate about healthy food, stay on top of wellness trends, and have cooking or baking experience (bonus if you know special diet substitutions)
- You communicate in a friendly, professional tone and keep everything well-organized
