We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales and Intake Specialist to join our team and help convert potential clients into very happy clients.

This boutique, family-oriented law firm is looking for someone with substantial sales and conversion experience. You enjoy talking with others and trying to understand them, figuring out what makes them tick. You are happy and friendly in your demeanor, and skilled in developing rapport with others. You are an organized go-getter and are driven to succeed. You feel comfortable overcoming potential clients objections, making follow-up calls, and asking for payments. Finally, you are a team player and enjoy learning and growing in your craft.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Calls : Hold telephone calls with pre-qualified potential clients, understand and confirm their needs, overcome objections, and close the sale.
- Sales Follow-Up : Follow up pre-qualified leads and inquiries via phone, email, and text to maximize conversion rates and maintain a high closing percentage.
- Tracking & Reporting : Track all leads, conversions, and intake metrics. Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and intake.
- Client Relationship Management : Build rapport with potential clients, providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales and intake process.
- Appointment Scheduling : Schedule consultations with attorneys, coordinating between the client and attorney availability.
- CRM Management : Enter and maintain detailed notes and client information in our client relationship management (CRM) system.
