Responsibilities:
- Complete tasks assigned by higher ups
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including, performance management and offboarding processes.
- Administer HR systems and databases, such as complete payroll
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

Qualifications:
- Clean Background Check
- Able to pass drug test ( Includes Marijuana) and physical
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
