We are currently looking to fill the following position:
- Residential Installer Apprentice
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the removal and installation of residential HVAC Systems.
- Must be able to interact and assist customers in person.
- Seeking experienced apprentice with tools but will train the right person.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Install HVAC equipment to meet manufacturers specifications.
- Assist lead installer with residential installation.
- Arrive to work at scheduled time, perform duties to established standards, and ensure the
installation is complete before leaving the job site.
- Clean jobsite before leaving for the day or job completion.
- Inventory supplies, equipment, and maintain company vehicle.
- Tools of trade desired, but not required to start.
- We are looking for installers who maintain a clean workspace in customer’s home.
- Ability to lift 60lbs.
- Comply with all policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks.
- 1 year of HVAC experience or completion of HVAC certification course.
- Must pre-employment drug screen.
- Must have clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from main office.
- Must pass background check.

work done.

- Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems.
Education, Certifications and/or Experience
- High School Diploma required.
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience required.
Language Skills
- Ability to communicate and relay information between the team and management is
essential to our success.
