The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who excels in communication and organization. As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as a crucial link between Cool Pools, our customers, and field teams, ensuring seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review project handoff details from the Sales team.
- Maintain and update a detailed project checklist for each job.
- Communicate daily with field teams to track project progress and resolve any issues.
- Provide daily updates to customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Obtain necessary building permits and schedule required inspections.
- Manage and track customer payments and project documentation.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in construction, swimming pool installation, or project management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and administrative tools.
