Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This position answers to the Sales Manager assigned to them.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Pre Project: The Project Manager (P.M.) is responsible for door knocking or other lead generating activities. Which will include roof inspections. Once it is determined that the roof should be called into insurance, if the homeowner wishes to proceed, the P.M. will assist the homeowner in the insurance process.
2. Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support. Delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success. Manage project budgets and track expenses.
6. Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates and reports.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
8. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget. Assess the impact of changes and communicate them to stakeholders.
9. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and lessons learned.
10. Closure: Close out projects, conduct post-project reviews, and document lessons learned. Ensure proper handover of deliverables to the appropriate parties.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Expectations:
1. Performance: The Project Manager is expected to consistently meet or exceed project objectives, delivering high-quality results within established timelines and budgets.

Starting Pay:
This position is a 1099 position. Commissions will be calculated at 8% of Gross sales. Further explanation will be provided as needed.
Dismissal Policies:
While our aim is to support and develop our employees, there may be circumstances that require the dismissal of a Project Manager. Dismissal may occur if:
1. Performance Issues: Consistent failure to meet project objectives, deadlines, or budget constraints despite adequate support and resources.
2. Ethical Violations: Violation of the organization's code of ethics or professional standards, including dishonesty, harassment, or other unethical behavior.
3. Breach of Contract: Violation of the terms of the employment contract, including confidentiality agreements, non-compete clauses, or other contractual obligations.
4. Insubordination: Refusal to follow reasonable directives, engage in insubordinate behavior, or failure to adhere to company policies and procedures.
5. Gross Misconduct: Engaging in behavior that seriously undermines the organization's reputation or integrity.
Dismissal will be handled in accordance with the organization's established HR policies and procedures, which may include progressive disciplinary action leading to termination. Dismissed employees will be provided with a fair and respectful process in line with legal requirements.
Dismissal may be necessary when a Project Manager fails to meet job expectations or violates company policies. The dismissal process typically includes the following steps:
1. Verbal Warning: In cases of minor performance issues or policy violations, the P.M. will receive a verbal warning from their supervisor or the HR department. This serves as an opportunity for improvement.
2. Written Warning: If the issue persists or escalates, the P.M. may receive a written warning, outlining the specific concern, expectations for improvement, and potential consequences of continued non-compliance.
3. Probation: In cases of serious or repeated violations, the P.M. may be placed on probation. During this period, performance will be closely monitored, and the P.M. must meet specific improvement goals.
4. Termination: If issues are not resolved or if the violation is severe (e.g., unethical behavior or negligence in handling insurance claims), termination of employment may be necessary. Termination will be handled in accordance with the company's established HR policies and procedures.
Our aim is to maintain a fair and consistent disciplinary process while promoting professionalism and customer advocacy in the role of the Project Manager. The severity of disciplinary actions will depend on the nature and gravity of the performance or conduct issues.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
