As a Practice Manager for Cool Springs Plastic Surgery, your primary focus will be to ensure day-to-day operational flow of all four locations, align the HR initiatives with the CSPS mission statement, and assist the owners in development goals for growth and expansion. Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Ensure smooth operational flow at each CSPS location, supporting team members with the resources to perform their daily functions without interruption.

Staff Training:

  • As someone who is passionate about customer service and providing a luxurious, welcoming environment to patients, the Practice Manager will be responsible for facilitating ongoing staff training to continue to provide second mile service to each person who walks in the practice’s doors.

Personnel Management:

  • Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations.
  • Serve as point of contact for personnel issues
  • Manage the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of every employee along with the appropriate department managers and owners
  • Work with third party employment lawyer to update and maintain all provider contracts and employee handbook, regularly reviewing practice policies for compliance
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for Cool Springs Plastic Surgery and The Plastic Surgery Center of Brentwood

Scheduling:

  • Work with team leads/team schedulers to ensure efficient scheduling, coordinating coverage among clinic teams
  • Step in and provide coverage on the administrative team during staff absences.

Financial Analysis:

  • Partner with practice accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Review monthly reporting for areas of opportunity.
  • Manage end of day reporting for accuracy.

Technical Aptitude:

  • Serve as point of contact for any technical issues throughout the four locations, escalating projects to third party IT company, as needed.
  • Step in to address any technology issues and work with IT support so that team members’ function is not interrupted.

Vendor Management:

  • Manage all third-party relationships and contracts, meeting with them on a regular basis to ensure proper utilization of resources.
  • Regularly meet with industry reps to stay up to date on COGS pricing, promotions, and reward programs available to the office.

Team Leadership:

  • Prepare for and lead monthly staff meetings, incorporating the input of owners, marketing team and the Non-surgical manager.
  • Act as a liaison between owners and team members, supporting and empowering each individual to contribute to the initiatives of the practice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or similar (MBA preferred)
  • At least 5 years of medical practice management experience, preferably in plastic surgery or similar specialty
  • Experience in personnel management and leadership, administration of payroll systems, and practice operations
  • Human resource management experience is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance, employment law, workplace safety, and other regulatory standards
  • Experience managing and developing multiple locations, preferably in the retail medical field
  • Experience with Nextech EMR system is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
