Cooley Law School seeks a Facilities Technician for its Tampa Bay campus. The Facilities Technician performs light building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, copiers, moving furniture, replacing furniture lighting, receptacles, event and exam setups with tables and chairs. Some light housekeeping will be required for events and other areas of the building. Occasional audio-visual support when requested by the IT Department. Other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will possess all or many of the following qualifications and/or skills: High School diploma or equivalent; two years of related experience and/or training. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds. Basic computer skills.
