What You'll Do :

  • Install, maintain, and repair marine systems and outboard engines with precision.
  • Lead winterization tasks, including shrink wrapping, bottom painting, and system commissioning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure all systems meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience : 3-5 years in marine systems or a related field.
  • Skills : Expertise in marine electrical systems, problem-solving, and technical communication.
  • Certifications : Marine electrical certifications preferred.
  • Flexibility : Adaptability to changing priorities and extended hours when needed.
  • Physical Ability : Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs., working at heights, and navigating confined spaces.
