Responsibilities
The Role:
How would you like to be our new Customer Experience Representative? Engage with potential and existing customers to deliver quality customer service through phone, email, or even live chat. This role includes partnering with other departments to ensure each customer gets the best experience possible!
- Work with and for the leading home services company in the Atlanta area!
- This is NOT your typical call center, high pressure role. Our key KPI’s include customer satisfaction and retention.
- We’re open 24/7 here are our shift opportunites: This is a hybrid schedule

Sunday - Thursday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

- Training and in-office days will be held at our Marietta location- ability to commute to location is required
- Hourly range $16.75 PLUS commissions and bonuses!
Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
Time management skills with the ability to multitask
Commitment to our company values, P.R.I.D.E.
Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language
Flex scheduling (hybrid role including 3 days in-office and 2 days work from home shifts)
The position is a non-exempt, full-time position – i.e. 40 hours per week (FT)
