Responsibilities :
Serves as the primary technical resource for SamPro ERP system configuration and integration, ensuring seamless data flow across Customer Experience, Operations, and Financial departments. This role is responsible for maintaining system integrity while supporting diverse business requirements through custom SQL development and API management.

Key Competencies
This position supports the HVAC / R industry and requires developing technical understanding of industry-specific needs and challenges while working with various stakeholders across the organization.
This role requires strong technical proficiency in SQL and API integration, combined with a deep understanding of how these tools support business operations. The position demands excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining system stability and data integrity.
