What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Coolvestment LLC?
Minimum two (2) years experience as a Hotel Front Desk agent is required. Pay will be adjusted based on experience and skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints (on line and in person) and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with guest requests, such as booking reservations or arranging transportation
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and perform other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operation
- Perform night audit duties as required
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong hospitality and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures. SynXis preferred.
- Ability to handle guest services with professionalism and tact
- Familiarity with hospitality management principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
