Antlers Lodge in Cooke City, Montana invites you to live work, and play in the beautiful Rocky Mountains by joining our team as a Front Desk Manager.
Enjoy two days off per week, and oftentimes take time between shifts to rest or get outside to enjoy the mountainous surroundings or visit Yellowstone National Park, which is 4 short miles away.

Housing and all utilities are included in your monthly salary which consists of a private, small log cabin with one bedroom and one bathroom.
The cabin comes fully furnished to includes all kitchenware (dishes, pots, pans, etc.). The cabin is located on a property adjacent to the Antlers Lodge property so there is no commuting.
Our Summer season kicks off in mid-May (the start date is somewhat negotiable) and goes through September. This is an amazing opportunity for an individual who loves the great outdoors. Come join our family!
About the position :
You will be required to manage guest reservations by Phone, Online, and walk-ins, professionally and courteously. You will greet customers in a friendly manner, Check Guests In / Out of rooms, and take credit card payments.
Proficiency with computers, email, and the internet is a MUST . Experience with Resnexus Reservation system, booking.com, Airbnb, and Vrbo a PLUS.
Additionally, you will be tasked with assistance in managing our housekeeping staff, which consists of 4 individuals.
- Ensures that the main lodge, guest rooms, and cabins are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
- Conducts inspections of facilities and recommends repairs and upgrades when needed.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (points out potential safety issues) i.e. monitors smoke and CO2 detectors.
- May create quality standards and monitor their implementation.
