A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A DISPATCHER & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service. Most of your day is spent in an office environment scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you schedule calls in order to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage. You also keep up with clerical duties around the office. Each day, you feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly. Your job is the first line of communication in providing our customers with the professional and excellent service they deserve.
DISPATCH SERVICES / DISPATCHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years experience dispatching services (in the HVAC industry a plus!)
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office
