Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Represent our amazing brand per brand guidelines across all platforms, including brick & mortar, e-comm, social media channels and digital marketing platforms.
· Implement social media strategy by creating, managing and posting original and engaging photo video content across multiple social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok and Pinterest to boost sales and elevate our brand.
· Use scheduler to pre-arrange and post on social media.
· Graphic design promotions, specials, social media and other various projects.
· Manage and update The Coop's Website, thecoopdallas.com, using Shopify.
· Liaison with brick and mortar team to ensure consistency across channels.
· Develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promote The Coop online and in-store events, promos, and product launches.
· Cultivate client relationships and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales with digital clients.
· Educate and assist customers in finding / purchasing merchandise.
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
· Be a team player and perform additional duties as needed.
· Attend departmental and company-wide meetings.
· Fill in for other program functions when necessary.
· Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be required.
· Uphold the COOPER CARES mission statement and attributes.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Working knowledge of Shopify, CapCut, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, content creation and digital formats
· Online community management and customer service skills to strike a balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
· Proficiency in monitoring and tracking KPIs and formulating reports with insights and actions
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
· Excellent phone etiquette, written and communication skills
· Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
· Ability to understand and achieve goals and targets independently aided by the guidance of leaders
· Ability to comprehend the brand's demographic and direction
· A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
· Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
· Logical and analytical thinking skills
· A strong interest in fashion as well as other fields such as the arts, photography and film.
