Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Sales Associate to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As an Internet Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales, engaging with customers, and contributing to our company's digital growth strategy.
- Manage and optimize online sales channels to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, video, email and chat, providing exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and promotional content
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Assist in managing the company's social media presence to drive engagement and sales
- Contribute to the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve online visibility
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and collaborate on sales initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in online sales or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Solid understanding of social media marketing and its application in driving sales
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on online visibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing trends
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
