Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Internet Sales Associate to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As an Internet Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales, engaging with customers, and contributing to our company's digital growth strategy.

Manage and optimize online sales channels to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, video, email and chat, providing exceptional customer service
Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and promotional content
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Assist in managing the company's social media presence to drive engagement and sales
Contribute to the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve online visibility
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and collaborate on sales initiatives

Qualifications

Proven experience (1-3 years) in online sales or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively

Solid understanding of social media marketing and its application in driving sales

Basic knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on online visibility

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

Demonstrated understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing trends

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to changing market conditions
