  • Assist in managing a team to ensure a smooth business operation
  • Managing day-to-day restaurant operations for the entire Front of House
  • Implementing policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
  • Working “hands on” in various FOH positions
  • Creating the schedule for your team
  • Ensuring the highest quality of guest service

    • Background Profile

  • 2 years of Restaurant Leadership experience
  • Experience leading a team of 20 or more
  • Hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
