Best Western Plus Tree House is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team in beautiful Mount Shasta, CA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for friendly and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide recommendations to guests.
- Handle phone calls promptly and courteously, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing reservations and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage but not required.
