Flagship Inn is seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating a positive experience for our guests from check-in to check-out.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone systems, ensuring all communication is conducted with professionalism and phone etiquette.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a hotel setting.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
