• Coordinate day-to-day project execution in collaboration with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee material procurement, equipment scheduling, deliveries, and logistics.
• Maintain and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, permits, and inspection records.
• Track project schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding job status, delays, and solutions.
• Assist with quality control checks, punch list tracking, and final closeout documentation.
• Support compliance with safety standards and jobsite protocols.
• Attend site meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination.
