As Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants looks to double in size to 100 locations in the next five years, we are looking to hire a Manager to help elevate our upscale wine and food experience for our guests, while supporting the development of our Team Members into the future leaders of Cooper's Hawk.
Our Assistant General Managers coach, develop and inspire Managers, Managers In Development (MID) and team members to create Community by living the Cooper’s Hawk values. Responsible for overall restaurant operations including day to day shift execution, ensuring food quality and exceptional guest experience. Partners closely with the General Manager to lead Managers and team members. Builds and maintains wine club community. Sets and achieves personal developmental goals. Focuses on driving operational excellence, growth and developing managers and acts as a Cooper’s Hawk brand ambassador.
