We are seeking a dynamic Customer Operations Representative to join our team, responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service. As a valued link between our company and our valued customers, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing sales and fostering long-term partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering inquiries
- Handle customer support inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain organized records and files
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Utilize computer skills to input and retrieve information from various software systems
- Collaborate with sales team members to devise and execute customer development strategies, optimizing revenue opportunities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
-Serve as a dedicated problem-solver and resource for customers, offering effective solutions and support as needed.
-Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective customers, leveraging effective communication and negotiation strategies to address their needs and secure their business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year Sales or Customer Service experience
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to build rapport and influence others.
-Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks software is a plus
