POSITION TITLE: Manager, Program Management- Sr.
HOURS / WEEK: 40
JOB SITE LOCATION: 40300 Traditions Drive, Northville, MI 48168
DUTIES: Cooper Standard Automotive Inc. seeks a Manager, Program Management – Sr. based out of our office at 40300 Traditions Drive, Northville, MI 48168. This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. This position requires domestic travel, as needed, up to 20%. Primary conduit for regional and corporate information to PMs (staff meetings). Ensure consistent application of CLauS by reporting PMs. Coach, train and support PMs as needed to ensure program success and leading indicator specific annual goals. Resolve escalated cross functional issues. Balance PM workload to achieve departmental budget. Maintain PM morale. Support other PM leads with interim temporary resources. Personnel development and career path for PMs. Support PMO with Continuous Improvement feedback and special project work as assigned. Generate KSA gap assessment for PMs and develop gap closure plans. Hiring and onboarding of new PMs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or related automotive industry occupation. Experience must include: Experience with Microsoft Suite; Experience with Product Lifecycle Mft (PML); Experience in customer launch systems; Experience with enterProj.
OTHER: Domestic travel required, as needed, up to 20%.
