Position Summary
As an IT Systems Administrator at CFE you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficiency of the operations of information systems. You will participate, contribute and execute the planning, implementation, and support of a variety of complex application and infrastructure related projects and upgrades. You will work closely with the IT Leadership, business leaders and employees to ensure alignment with the company’s overall objectives, mission, and vision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and monitor Azure cloud infrastructure, on premise Microsoft Windows servers and related systems, Exchange mail configuration and Advisor recommendations
- Be proficient in administering and best practice security such as MFA, DLP, SSO, Endpoint protection, patching, and Monitoring/Logging
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, new hardware, storage, application software, system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability according to SLA’s
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions
- Implement and maintain security systems and redundant backup to maintain data safety
- Ability to automate tasks with PowerShell
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level infrastructure support
- Own user account and security administration
- Demonstrate expertise in data file management, storage, & security
- Office 365 administration, configuration and management
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- Be effective in researching technology and tasks aligned to responsibilities, growing your skills and ability to drive CFE best practices
- Be an awesome ambassador for IT Service to CFE employees and customers providing great communication, empathy, and business inquisitiveness for strong partnership

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems strongly preferred. Five plus years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Broad understanding of business (Agriculture industry preferred) and IT functions and processes including change and break/fix management
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills required
- Experience with infrastructure & security best practices
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows based environments, virtual machines, monitoring/diagnosing systems
- Server and infrastructure security best practices
- Excellent verbal communication, advanced analytical skills, and strong sense of ownership
- Active Directory, Group Policy, Power Shell
- VPN, RDP, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Radius
- SaaS Architecture, Microsoft Azure
