Cooperative Future (CFC) is an emerging cooperative driven by a mission to transform how technology, business, and people collaborate. Our first major project, AutoABM, is an AI-driven account-based marketing platform designed to give overlooked industries cost-effective, powerful marketing tools. We’re now expanding our team with like-minded members who are passionate about ethical tech, community-driven innovation, and the cooperative model.
What You’ll Do:
As a Cooperative Member (Generalist), you’ll have the flexibility to shape your role around your strengths, whether that’s in sales, marketing, full-stack development, AI, or blockchain engineering.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Sales & Marketing: Develop strategies, manage client relationships, generate leads, and help expand our reach for AutoABM and future products.
- Technical Innovation: Design, build, and maintain software solutions, focusing on AI-driven features, blockchain integration, and full-stack development for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborative Project Work: Participate in cross-functional teams to brainstorm new product ideas, refine workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cooperative Governance: Engage in decision-making processes and regular member meetings, providing your vote and input on the direction of the organization.
Cooperative Compensation & Structure
- Equal Pay & Profit-Sharing: Every member is paid an equal base wage and receives a share of total profits proportional to their hours worked (minimum 25 hours/week, maximum 35 hours/week).
- Sales Bonus: Members who bring in new business earn 20% of the profits on their generated sales, incentivizing a collective push toward sustainable growth.
- Shared Ownership & Voting Rights: As a cooperative, each member has an equal vote in how the business is run—your voice directly shapes our strategy and culture.
