You'll act as a trusted consultant for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our managed IT services, while simultaneously driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and build long-term relationships with existing clients, monitoring their satisfaction and acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Advise clients on best practices, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for remediation.
  • Manage client data in QBR (Quarterly Business Review) software and present information during periodic meetings (in-person and virtual).
  • Regularly communicate with assigned accounts, set expectations, and negotiate priorities effectively.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the technologies used by each assigned client.
  • Translate technical complexities into clear, actionable strategies for both existing and potential clients.
  • Serve as a proactive communicator and data-driven problem-solver.
  • Effectively communicate the value of managed IT services.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field and/or 2 years of territory sales experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and its application in advancing business processes.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to initiate client relationships.
  • Eagerness to meet and exceed sales targets and develop a robust client base.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing industry training and professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
