Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) seeks a talented Co-Director to contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. The Co-Director will provide collaborative leadership for the diverse team at Our Local History, working alongside the current Co-Director to drive the development and implementation of impactful curriculum and training. This role involves co-creating and delivering engaging, culturally responsive lessons, tools, and professional learning resources tailored to diverse audiences. It also requires cultivating and managing relationships with external partners across various sectors to expand program reach and impact. Additionally, the Co-Director will oversee program operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, managing a portfolio of projects, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, and supporting the pursuit of external business opportunities to sustain and grow the program.

  

Our Local History (OLH) is dedicated to developing and delivering culturally responsive, anti-racist educational resources and professional learning experiences related to the local history of civil rights. In this role, you will

  

  • Culturally Responsive Training & Professional Development: Design and deliver engaging learning and professional development experiences based on established OLH lessons, resources, and best practices. Develop accompanying materials and supporting resources to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Individualized Coaching & Team Support: Develop, lead, and facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to client needs, fostering engagement, managing group dynamics, and adapting processes to achieve desired outcomes. Provide organization, coaching and reflective supervision to the OLH team, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Strategic Project Management & Client Partnership: Serve as the primary Project Lead and/or Customer Relationship Manager for Our Local History (OLH) consulting projects, ensuring seamless execution, and exceptional client satisfaction. Develop and implement customized implementation approaches in collaboration with clients, aligning strategies with their unique organizational needs and culture. Overseeing scheduling of professional learning facilitation for and with OLH team members. 
  • Business Development & Proposal Creation: Proactively develop compelling proposals and contribute significantly to business development initiatives, expanding CCSI's services to both existing and new clients. Drive strategic growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities beyond the Greater Rochester Area.
  • Community Partnership & Network Expansion: Cultivate and strengthen existing community partnerships with nonprofits and grassroots organizations while proactively building new relationships outside of the Greater Rochester Area.
  • Financial Stewardship & Data-Driven Decision Making: Work with co-director to manage and track the program budget, ensuring all deliverables and outcomes meet or exceed funder expectations. Effectively engage with relevant data, analyze trends, interpret findings, and communicate key insights to OLH team members, clients and funders, supporting data-informed strategic planning.
  • Program Reporting & Evaluation: Participate in the preparation and review of comprehensive program reports and findings, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of progress and outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning & Equity Advocacy: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in culturally responsive, equity-focused practices through ongoing professional development, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and advocacy.
  • Adaptable & Collaborative Team Contribution: Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the OLH program and demonstrating a flexible and collaborative approach.
  • Other Duties as assigned


Requirements

  

? Master's degree or equivalent experience (refer to CCSI equivalency guidelines).

? Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.

? Experience in K-12 school settings, preferably time in the classroom, teacher leadership roles, or administration.

? Proven track record of successful project leadership, including group facilitation, and experience leading professional learning.
