FULL-TIME [Exempt] : 40 hours
Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) seeks a talented Program Director to contribute their expertise in providing essential business services to our provider organizations and customers. The Program Director is responsible for the logistical operations and financial management of the organization. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and collaborative manager with proven experience in accounting, budgeting, contract and grant management, compliance, office administration, and program operations.
CCSI is partnering with Rise-Up Rochester to hire a Program Director. This position is employed by CCSI and working on behalf of Rise Up Rochester. Rise Up Rochester, Incorporated is a nonprofit organization that empowers the community to establish and maintain a nonviolent culture and provides support to crime victims and their families. Rise Up Rochester’s ongoing work in violence prevention and intervention in the City of Rochester, NY seeks to achieve two overarching goals: (1) Decrease gun violence in Rochester; (2) increase available safe housing capacity for victims of gun violence and their families.
In this role, you will be
- Providing direct supervision for the Administrative Assistant and Outreach Team
- Completing weekly scheduling
- Conducting staff training and team building
- Facilitating daily debriefs with the Outreach Team
- Coordinating and supporting tabling at community events
- Coordinating team responses to community requests, including school interventions and community mediation, etc.
- Providing and coordinating criisis response
- Monitoring expenses and spending
- Managing grant revenue and agreements
- Partnering with CCSI Financial Analyst to complete financial reporting
- Partnering with the Director of Community Outreach and Engagement to design and implement sustainability plan
- Partnering with CCSI data consultants to develop and implement data tracking, storage, and reporting
- Supporting staff in collecting data as per protocol
- Developing and implementing business processes to improve operations, create efficiencies of work and cost effectiveness, and provide consistency in programming across the team
- Ensuring compliance with CCSI’s policies and procedures manual.
- Performing other duties as required.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance related field or equivalent job experience (see CCSI's equivalency chart ).
- 5 years of experience in the field(s) of nonprofit operations, or similar. Managerial-level experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Satisfactory completion of all required background screenings.
