Program Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Program Director at Full Circle Home will be responsible for planning and executing various programs and initiatives aimed at achieving Full Circle Home’s mission. As a Program Director, you will work closely with the leadership team, staff, volunteers, and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of programs that impact our service members and their families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Planning and Development:

• Collaborate with the executive team to define program objectives, strategies, and outcomes.
• Develop detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Research and identify potential funding sources and grant opportunities.

Program Implementation:

• Lead the execution of programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, resources, and materials.
• Monitor and assess program activities, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner organizations and community members.
• Communicate program goals and progress effectively to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings.
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure their engagement and support for program activities.

Evaluation and Reporting:

• Develop and implement program evaluation frameworks to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs.
• Prepare regular reports and assessments on program performance, including quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Use evaluation findings to refine program strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Fundraising Support:

• Secure funding through Sponsored Wrapping Events in support of programs to secure a successful program outcome.
• Participate in all Wrapping Events, the annual Honor Shoot fundraiser and other special events.

Team Management:

• Supervise program staff and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that aligns with the organization's values.

Qualifications:

• Military service or military connections beneficial. 
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some travel.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Passion for and alignment with the mission of Full Circle Home.
• Fluent with apple computers
