Job Title Manager Global HR Operations As the Global HR Operations Manager, you will focus on the implementation and evolution of HR service-delivery for our ~6000 global workforce. You will play a critical role in transforming the HR function: facilitating workshops, designing processes, developing operating procedures, documenting policies, partnering with both internal and external functions to implement and enhance enabling tools and technology; all with the purpose of delivering a new-in-kind HR service experience at CoorsTek. This is a key role in our HR organization as the Operations Team will be at the center of our Service Delivery model, providing support to front line employees and managers who need assistance with a variety of HR activities, enabling our HRBPs and CoEs to deliver superior and enhanced services for our people and leaders. The HR Operations Manager will project manage multiple initiatives to realize the enhanced HR service-delivery vision. The HR Operations Manager will lead a team of staff responsible for: HR inquiry intake and resolution, advising candidates, employees, managers, and HR through a positive service experience. High quality, timely, consistent, and accurate execution of HR transactions in applicable HR systems. High-quality completion of administrative HR responsibilities . Design, implementation, management and maintenance of HR data, policies, processes, and standard operating procedures, including data privacy and protection. HR Content Management, including the development of knowledge documentation (such as job aids or training to provide a consistent experience) to allow HR related issues to be solved consistently and accurately. Management of tickets and reports to isolate trends and inform human resources initiatives. Collaboration with HR Partners & CoEs to support upstream & downstream impacts of organizational change. The HR Operations function will serve to support execution of responsibilities across all aspects of the candidate and employee lifecycle, ensuring data is accurately maintained, transactions are correctly entered, and programs operate within the guidelines of federal and state requirements, and company policies. They will host process workshops to identify process improvements, partnering with HRIS and other functions to implement efficiency improvements to simplify, scale and streamline existing processes. The HR Operations manager will implement tracking systems and service level agreements to measure volume and service delivery, providing insights into service utilization and quality. This position reports to the VP, HR Operations & Total Rewards. Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline or similar field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. At least 7 years of HR experience including at least 2 years managing people. Consulting or inhouse experience in business process engineering and or project management highly desired. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS (Workday), Payroll, and HR back-office operations. Ability to coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally with other groups and departments. Willingness to build the function, design processes and roll up your sleeves in execution. Systems thinker, execution oriented, attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Nice To Haves: PHR or SPRH certification Experience developing, standing up and supporting an HR shared services function. Experience with HR ticketing & knowledge management systems. Location: Golden, CO (hybrid) Target Hiring Range Annual Salary: $107,315.00 - $147,558.00 Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
