Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Director at CEDC. Office is located in Lancaster, NH. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the organization's strategic planning, leading and managing teams, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring financial sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership and management roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
