Job Description
- Works with the data center to ensure timely and accurate posting of the daily ACH files. Researches and posts ACH exceptions to ensure timely and accurate postings.
- Ensures compliance with ACH and deposit rules and regulations.
- Processes reclamations and adjustments ensuring proper research and response.
- Processes ACH disputes and daily return items by required deadline.
- Responsible for DNEs, NOCs and SSI Verifications.
- Provides internal and external support for staff and members by serving as the primary point of contact for all ACH issues.
- Maintains and updates procedures for all related areas to ensure accuracy of procedures for each area of work.
- Responsible for tasks associated with deceased accounts administration, manual payrolls, working share transfer exceptions, as well as management of quality control as it relates to EFT Services (including but not limited to: Maintains scanning, indexing, and verification documents for quality control purposes).
- Supports other Operations staff as needed.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.
- Required: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in business related field.
- Preferred: Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) certification.
- 5-8 years of related experience working within Operations and/or ACH processing.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Knowledge of bank operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
- Proven proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
