What are the responsibilities and job description for the Academic Coordinator position at Coosa Valley Youth Services?
Tired of bus duty in the rain, awkward small talk at school dances, and sacrificing your evenings to chaperone games you didn’t sign up for?
Ready to trade in chaos for purpose—and finally get the work/life balance you've been dreaming about?
We’re looking for an experienced administrator to serve as our Academic Coordinator—a leadership role without the usual headaches. No buses. No bleachers. No prom drama. And best of all? No endless district meetings or layers of bureaucratic red tape standing between you and the work that actually matters.
Here, you'll lead a dedicated team of eight educators serving a transitory (but always capped) student population of 94. You’ll have the space to lead with heart, focus on impact, and actually go home on time.
If you're passionate about changing lives through education—without losing your nights, weekends, or sanity—you just might be the person we’re looking for.
