Cope Architecture is seeking a Project Architect with 10 years of experience as a licensed architect in commercial architecture. Our firm performs a wide range of project types for both private and public clients and has a culture that is energetic and collaborative. We are looking for people to complement our award-winning and growth-oriented firm.
As a Project Architect, you are responsible for exercising independent judgment in evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques. In partnership with the Project Manager, you will be accountable for project financial performance and team communication. Candidate will be responsible for the issuance and content of deliverables, coordination of disciplines including consultants and for the supervision of all staff producing documents.
- Proficiency in Revit, AUTOCAD, Sketchup, etc.
- State of Tennessee license or NCARB registration
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
- LEED AP is a plus
This is a full-time position (40 hours a week in person, M-F) located at our Knoxville, TN office. Salary will be based upon qualifications. The position is available immediately.
