SERVICE BDC REPRESENTATIVES

Copeland Chevrolet is currently looking to hire multiple Automotive Service BDC Representatives! PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE OR BDC EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED! A strong customer service / sales background with a proven record of performance and job stability ARE REQUIRED! We are offering a competitive base pay PLUS bonuses and an industry leading benefits package.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Take in bound calls scheduling service appointments

* Selling recommended services

* Confirming Service appointments daily

* Engaging with customers in order to turn service into a potential sales opportunity

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
