What You’ll Do:
- Manage the Lumber Process: Sort, chop, rip, finger joint, and glue lumber with precision.
- Operate Advanced Machinery: Use high-tech woodworking machines, including the finger joint machine, to create components for our furniture.
- Create Beautiful Panels: Color match and glue staves to form durable, aesthetically pleasing panels.
- Ensure Accuracy: Measure and verify parts against detailed specifications, ensuring every piece meets Copeland’s high standards.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Workspace: Keep your workspace organized, safe, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
