The Field Support Representative’s primary focus is learning and retaining the processes and procedures of Copiers Northwest’s multiple Facilities Management (FM) Sites to provide vacation, sick leave, and back up support to currently stationed employees. Work hours may vary at sites between the hours of 7AM to 5:30PM.
Responsibilities
- Learn, retain, and perform FM Site policies and procedures
- Ensure Site Procedure Guides are updated and accurate
- Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed
- Assist in developing processes and procedures at new FM Sites
- Communicate daily with supervisor to arrange and plan coverage
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members
- Convey appropriate product and services knowledge
Duties
- General office/Copy Center duties, i.e., printing, copying, binding, finishing, mail sorting, and delivery, depending on individual site procedure requirements
- Provide an inviting environment for the customers by maintaining a neat and clean office space
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and safety standards
- Travel to various FM Sites throughout the King, Snohomish and Whatcom county regions
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 plus year of print, mail, and office experience
- Able to work with many clients to provide a total solution
- Able to occasionally lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- Able to concentrate on task and sustain moderate to extensive attention to detail
- Mobility/dexterity of hands/arms to enable use of computer and other office equipment
- Able to make independent decisions and apply sound judgment in performing job duties
