Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Normal hours: Mon-Fri 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch break
Rate of Pay: $25-28 per hour
Job Summary
The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for management of daily inventory workflow, general space allocation, and damage control. This includes monitoring all equipment being received and stored for damage, reviewing the open order queue multiple times per day, maintaining lines of communication and ensuring quality of service for all warehouse customers (shop, supplies, other internal customers, and company branches).
Key Duties:
- Manage daily workflow of the warehouse
- Operate forklift, pallet jack or other hand trucks
- Unload inbound trucks and monitor for damage
- Process and store inbound equipment
- Manage the workflow of the equipment builds in the Seattle warehouse
- Perform quality checks for both inbound and outbound equipment
- Manage the intercompany transfers
- Perform cycle counts
- Communicate effectively
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse to include picking up garbage, sweeping floors, keeping warehouse aisles clear of debris and monitoring garbage and recycling levels
- Monitor warehouse team’s timecard
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
- 2-year prior experience in a Specialist role, preferably with warehouse experience.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations.

- Ability to read, understand and follow all company standard operating procedures and guidelines
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality requirements.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office products are a plus

- Must have reliable transportation and meet minimum insurance requirements.
- Must be able to read and comprehend technical documents.
- Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time throughout the workday.
- May be required to work outside normal business hours including mornings and evenings.
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
