Job Summary
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional to serve as the first point of contact at our front desk. Reporting to the Marketing Executive, this role includes managing the company’s multi-line phone system, routing sales leads, and assisting with administrative and marketing tasks such as event planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk coordinator greets all CNW employees and visitors with professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Manage and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Monitor and direct online inquiries and website contact forms to the correct person or team
- Assist with company database management
- Organization of reception area, conference rooms, and showroom
- Order lunches for client demos and internal events
- Maintain breakroom and kitchen areas, ensuring orderliness and stock levels
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, inventory tracking and restocking
Marketing Support: Assist the Marketing Executive with a variety of projects, including:
- Gathering information for the internal company newsletter
- Help plan and coordinate company lunches and seasonal events
- Preparing business card artwork and placing orders for Sales Reps company-wide
- Booking travel arrangements for employees (hotel reservations, rental car), as needed
- Assisting with data entry and generating statistical reports from direct email campaigns
- Organizing promotional materials for tradeshows and events
- Assembling welcome kits for new employees
Preferred Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Database experience is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn is a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required
