About the role
As our first growth marketer, you'll report to the CEO and work closely on a variety of growth initiatives - starting with our high-performing paid channels (Google, Meta) and expanding into SEO, content, influencer outreach, and more. In this role, you'll collaborate with product, design, and a soon-to-be-hired product marketer, while also having the option to leverage agencies and contractors. We're looking for someone scrappy, analytical, and creative who can balance quick wins with building sustainable long-term growth.
What you'll do
- You'll own paid channels. You'll plan, execute, and optimize Google, Meta, and other existing paid channels - continuing the strong results we're already seeing.
- You'll explore new growth channels. Whether it's influencer campaigns or emerging paid platforms, you'll test different approaches, iterate rapidly, and double down on what works.
- You'll drive landing page optimization. From A / B testing to collaborating with product and design, you'll ensure our landing pages are built to convert.
- You'll track, analyze, and optimize. You'll set up robust analytics, reporting, and budgeting so every dollar spent is measured against ROI.
- You'll handle forecasting & strategy. You'll partner with leadership to plan budgets, forecast performance, and shape our overarching growth roadmap.
- You'll collaborate broadly. As an early-stage startup, you'll likely jump into funnel experiments, email campaigns, brand strategy, and anything else that grows the business.
