Copley-Fairlawn Middle School (CFMS) is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Dean of Students to play a vital role in fostering a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment. The Dean of Students will work collaboratively with the administrative team, counselors, teachers, students, parents, and community stakeholders to promote student success, well-being, and responsible citizenship. This position requires a strong understanding of middle school development, effective communication and interpersonal skills, expertise in student behavior management, and a commitment to creating an equitable and inclusive school culture. The Dean of Students will be instrumental in supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral growth of all CFMS students.
