- Guidewire development. Not just configuration.
- Guidewire development using GOSU, Rest API integration, PCF, Batch Processing, Log configuration in Guidewire.
- Rest API development.
- Plugin Implementations.
- Gosu Query (GQ) or HQL (Hibernate Query Language).
- Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting Scenarios.
- Database Deadlocks.
- Bulk Data Processing.
- APD (Advanced Product Designer).
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter applications to meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain product models, including coverage definitions and rating logic.
- Perform forms mapping and ensure accurate alignment of data for policy and claims documents.
- Develop and implement integration solutions between Guidewire applications and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Write and maintain technical documentation, including configuration and integration specifications.
- Ensure adherence to development best practices and company coding standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or both.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Guidewire configuration and integration development.
- Experience with Guidewire Studio, Gosu scripting, and Guidewire Data Model.
- Expertise in forms mapping and product model configurations.
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and middleware for system integration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Other Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
